Mindset - All of the tools, education, and resources at our disposal are worthless if we don't have a mindset toward getting things done. Through my hobbies of sportscar restoration, residential remodeling and fix or build anything presented to me, I have found the drive to learn what needs to be learned so I can do what needs to be done. Although I prefer tactile types of projects, virtual environments also provide opportunity for imagination and transformation. If something has never been done before, that's normally where I find myself wanting to get involved. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing a long-term project come together and be delivered.
