Hello and thank you for looking at my profile. I'm a Property Investor with over 24 years of experience and help others to create wealth through property. I bought my first property with a JV Partner in 1991 as a recently graduated student. My friends moved in and I quickly became a HMO Landlord at the age of 22. This became the stepping stone to my property empire :-) After investing in city centre canal side flats, in my hometown Birmingham, I realised that much higher yields could be achieved with HMO's (House in Multiple Occupation). It was at this point I began to mainly invest in HMO's in Derbyshire. These consist of LHA, luxury student pads and young professional lets.I now hold a diverse property portfolio using several property strategies including Buy-To-Let, Buy-To-Sell (Flipping), Title Splitting and Refinancing,...(just to name a few). I like to help others do the same too by avoiding the "slip ups!" *Interesting Fact* I was one of the founder directors of the well known Landlord National Property Group (LNPG Ltd).In my spare time I enjoy playing golf once a week and to keep fit run 5K three times a week (with 6kg of weights strapped to my wrists...Ohhhh the agony).
