Working in the mental health field has given me the ability to work with a wide range of populations including those who experience challenges in the form of; Anxiety, Depresssion, Trauma and Substance Abuse related disorders. My backgrounds include working from a Cognitive Behaviroal Therapy Model as well as Person Centered and some Dialetical Behaviroal Therapy. Upon completion of my Masters degree [December 16th, 2011] I will be license eligable in the state of CT as an LPC [Licensed Professional Counselor]. It is my goal to find employment in an outpatient setting and obtain my license to further my work.Specialties: In my experience with the clients I have worked with I feel that my area of specialty would be working with those who are dealing with Anxiety related challenges.
