Michael has been involved in the construction and development industry for over three decades, his early career with general contractors and the later with developers and owners. He is an experienced senior manager with a demonstrated history of working in the retail, entertainment, multi-family and senior housing industries. He has managed most all facets of development to convert strategies into actions and results, over a diverse real estate and project portfolio, including municipality entitlements, project revenue and expense proformas, construction estimation, public and private financing, vendor and consultant contract negotiation and relationships, and the execution of the construction to bring the project to completion. He brings to the industry an exceptional understanding on how to take a project from concept to opening.
