As the Lead BI Analyst for the pharmacy department I acted as the pharmacy industry and clinical SME to my BI partners and the BI SME to my merchandising and clinical partners. Among other duties I translated and informed requirements from the business to guide the reporting and analytics development process. I consulted on BI vendors engaged by pharmacy and participated in the vendor selection process. I was was the BI partner who was responsible for our population health management system initiative including developing and executing SQL to support the short-term project and coordinating with vendors in the long-term.

Responsibility for six FTEs. Provide guidance to Business Analysts on algorithm development and presentation. Participate in algorithm ideation and prioritization. Develop department business document, policies and procedures.
