About Mike Andreis
Growing up working on a farm from sun up to sun down 7 days a week gave me my work ethics, along with a lot of common sense. I started sweeping floors and loading trucks for plastic only machine shop and distribution in Northwest Indiana. I was able to grow with that company the next ten years and become supervisor. Before I turned 30 I wanted to move to Colorado, so my wife and I moved to Colorado in a camper and we started all over again. I was fortunate enough to get a jog at a machining and fab shop, I found myself as supervisor within two years after starting at the bottom for $7.00/hr. I've been very fortunate to see the ups and downs of two very different shops. I found myself buying out Premac in 1999 right after my twins were born. I have doubled the size of the company in the last 10 years, from 8 employees to 17, along with doubling the amount of equipment also. My goal is to make it through this economic downturn and keep my employees busy. I feel there are two types of people in the world, those that care and those that don't.Specialties: Common sense,problem solver, capable of doing a lot with little, doing what it takes to get the job done,
