Provided strategic training plan for the Core Project Team and Subject Matter Expert Teams, creating a training development and team-building plan spanning two years.Conducted needs analysis and performance consulting to 6000 separate work locations involving 125,000 leaders, managers and employees in 50 states impacted by the payroll/HRIS conversion. Addressed benchmarking of current offerings with regard to ROI, value, best practices and delivery methodology.Vendor management including the ERP system vendors, 28+ legacy systems and a training vendor team of 10, associated with the delivery of e-learning and webinar solutions.Management responsibilities include scheduling clerks, training manager supervision/performance evaluation and preparing/reporting regarding a $3M budget.
