- Inspects, verifies and certifies that the Galley System assemblies are in accordance with the applicable specifications, design requirements and regulatory and statutory requirements.- Conduct critical non-routine visual, dimensional, mechanical test and functional test on a Galley System.- Performs complex and critical inspection procedures requiring special set-up of new or unique equipment and interpretation of test data from a variety of source. Achievements:- Stamp holder for Mechanical Systems of Galleys- Set up Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) process transfer from home site to Philippine site.

• Perform to build, assemble, or fit together parts to form complete units or subassemblies at a work station.• Special assignment: o Plumbing, Chiller and Vents and Gax assembly - Responsible in sub-assembly of part and installing each part to a galley.o Functional testing of plumbing and vents and Gax - Responsible for inspection and testing of galley plumbing, vents and Gax system while in UKo Creating 3D part and 2D drawing using CATIA - Responsible to give details and measurements to be machined by the machinist while in UKo Knowledgeable in Team Center - Supports production in assembly of galley in terms of measurements, locations and correct parts to use. Basic knowledge in creating Work instruction using Team Center application.o Programmers Support - Extrusion programming using CAM plus software in creating programs to be used by technician in cutting extrusions using Emmiegi machine.o Procurement Support (Technical Buyer) - Raising PO to supplier. Data transfer for part using Tru-Fusion program. Extracting data through Team Center and Catia for urgent parts to be manufactured by the supplier to support our production line. Help engineering to answer some engineering queries by the supplier. Responsible on all PDR that supplier send us for getting approval and sending them back to them for them to proceed in manufacturing the parts
