Responsible for leading the systems and applications project and process development, implementation and management team for all Public Safety and Community Services departments. Works in a collaborative environment to identify, evaluate, implement and manage technology and process efficiencies and provide day to day hardware and software support for all Public Safety and Community Services departments. Coordinates with the Fiscal and Support Services team, stakeholders, Information Technology Department, and vendors in order to leverage technology and improve processes to maximize efficiencies in the delivery of core services.
