As part of an exceptional team, he played a key role in establishing a leading crew logistics technology company, prioritizing client satisfaction, fostering a high-performance team, and cultivating a vibrant, winning culture.During his tenure as CEO, Mike facilitated HC’s successful exit in 2020, overseeing its acquisition by Fleetcor (now known as Corpay), with Evercore serving as the banker and Willkie Farr as lead counsel. After the transaction, he continued as division leader, expanding the focus to include distressed passenger automation—covering hotels, meals, transport, and reaccommodation ticketing. Following HC’s acquisition, Mike was tasked with merging HC with its main competitor and executing a major strategic bolt-on acquisition, transforming the entity into TA Connections (TAC), now the industry’s largest and most respected company. HC and TAC have averaged over 25% Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) under Mike's leadership and TAC is currently producing $140 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
