• Responsible for Public Cloud, Private Cloud, VDI, Active Directory and a fledgling Enterprise monitoring tooling team within JLR. I improved operational excellence and introduced service delivery elements.• Insourced the operational delivery of Active Directory from Cognisant and built an operational team to support, using an onshore/offshore delivery model. Moved the team to an Agile delivery mechanism, with clear strategic intent.• I took over an under invested in CCoE team who had been working as shadow IT. Aligned them to the Enterprise Service Architecture and challenged current service process where required. Created a multi cloud/hybrid cloud delivery.• Incumbent SI showcased a plan to deploy a VDI solution to replace the old VDI Win7 platform. Due to expense, lack of security and lack of ambition I insourced the thought leadership and deployed the platform, building a team in the process. We delivered an Enterprise platform, highly secure and flexible which satisfied the global Engineering design Team.
