ICI is a public-private partnership with its head office in Geneva. It is a leading International Organisation promoting social protection in the cocoa-growing communities around the world. It was established within the framework of the Harkin-Engel protocol. The organisation works with the major cocoa purchasers, certification companies, processors, chocolate brands, governments, civil society and farmers' organisations in cocoa-producing countries, to ensure a better future for children, and eliminate the worst forms of child labour.

I founded ProActiviti Consult to address various issues encountered by organisations in fraud, internal control, planning, accounting, grant management, governance, internal auditing and general management. ProActiviti Consult is particularly interested in training and capacity development. We also offer international development advisory services.

Accra

My remit was mainly strategic planning, finance, internal processes, operations, HR and governance. Marshalls is a vibrant private university in Ghana training world class students currently in management, finance and accountancy, marketing, technology and hospitality management.

The Gambia

Started the internal audit activity in Africa and the Middle East at SOS Children's Villages International. I was responsible for the internal audits in over 48 countries.SOS Children's Villages is an international development organization operating in over 132 countries, Its main interventions are in child protection and development, community development, education, health, and emergencies.

I was the first Regional Head of Operations for North of West Africa comprising Gambia, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Cape Verde, Liberia, Sierra Leone. Later Mali, Burkina Fasso, and Senegal also became my responsibility. As the Head of Operations I was in charge of finance, construction, and international donor services.

Here again I started up the regional finance department of SOS Children's Villages responsible for six countries namely Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Gambia, and Liberia.
