QVD imports and distribute several species of frozen seafood. As VP of Operations I'm managing our 8 3PL warehouses located around the country and managing all of our land and ocean logistics(LTL, truck load, and intermodal). Manage anywhere from 50-100 containers on the water at any moment in time. Implemented operational processes for our rapidly growing company so that we have a solid operational foundation in place to handle the rapid growth we are currently experiencing. Manage our operations, sales, accounting, and purchasing staff and have implemented KPI's to measure efficiency of all departments. Manage our inventory in all locations to make sure we have the right product mix at every warehouse and maximize inventory turns. Administrator for Salesforce and put together all the reporting for our CRM. Designed and manage reporting for sales and procurement forecasting (Using Excel, Jet Reports, and the program Advanced Forecasting and Procurement), sales analysis and trends, and much more. Managed QVD's treasury management and oversaw all aspects of A/R and A/P. Work very closely with our CEO helping put together our companies long term strategic growth plans.

Have added being the Ecom Channel Mgr for Chef’n in addition to the Sales Ops Mgr responsibilities. My role now involves managing 5 direct reports in the sales support department. My team works closely with our Sales Managers, rep groups, distributors, and retail customers. Outside of my day to day management of my team I’m working on documenting new processes for our rapidly growing business and updating existing processes so they stay current with our ever changing environment. I work closely with our VP of Sales and Director of Operations and have built numerous Excel reports based on data analysis projects they’ve each given me. I’ve also designed Excel reports for our sales managers so they may analyze rep performance, cust. sales, and forecasting. I am our admin. for Salesforce and charged with the overall management of our CRM and researching what our future needs may be on the CRM front. As the Ecom. Channel Manager I will be working with all of our Ecom. Account's buyers (Amazon, Zulily, and Fab.com just to name a few) to help them put together a product mix that will ensure future growth and success with the Chef’n product in their product mix.An expert in using the programs Excel, Navision, Outlook, Word, and Salesforce. Very proficient at using Jet reports to extract very large amounts of data from our data base in a format that’s easy to work with.
