I have worked in the Logistics and Distribution industry for 20 years. I have a proven track record that involves facing all sorts of logistical challenges. My strengths are being able to work under pressure, creativity and innovation and finding ways to engage employees to make any workplace a better place where we can work together to get the results we want.I have also worked in the Port industry and being part of training and safety working with companies such has GCT and DP world. I have been apart of development of training programs to meet the needs for getting Longshoremen trained to fill shortages at terminals. I have worked with ILWU local 500 and 502 on many training programs and safety initiatives.Currently I'm working at Canada Post as a Collection and Delivery Supervisor and have been with Canada Post for 10 years. I have worked in plant operations as well mainly managing work flow on the floor and meeting tight deadlines to get product out. Other areas I have been involved in are control room, production control and reporting and change management.
