Deployed MEDITECH Expanse 2.2 to three new facilities in NH. This was the first step in a much bigger strategy to upgrade all MAGIC (MEDITECH 5.6.7) site to Expanse in the next 5-7 years. I led the dictionary configuration (build) effort and worked with dozens of other project managers and teams to deliver the biggest project in HCA's history. Much of my focus was with SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence and developing the processes that we would use long term for this effort.
