Attached is a list of some of my projects when part of large National large production companies. My primary strength is meeting the challenge of condensing schedules in order to keep large projects running on time and on budget. My success is attributed to being humble, always learning practical skills from other professionals, and a solid education in all aspects of business development. While adept at all aspects of building, I am always thirsty for more education. It’s critical to understand codes, local regulations, and perhaps most critical is communication management with stakeholders - under promising and over delivering. Growth requires Leadership-my years of experience in managing labor while enforcing safety, quality and tracking schedules gets results. I’m currently part of the best team in the business, building in Tennessee. I spend any spare time over the grill, and traveling with my wife.
