In my current role I am part of a team responsible for managing and troubleshooting java-based and data broker middleware apps

• Assist patients & healthcare professionals with technological issues, virtual appointments, and signup for online services• Support WSIB staff with gathering treatment and scheduling info• Inform patients of new appointments, changes in eligibility, approvals or denials of services, etc. • Inform patients of their responsibilities of attendance and report patient truancy to WSIB in a timely manner. If necessary, collaborate with WSIB to determine an action plan for non-compliance• Proactively collect and update patient information and update as needed• Collaborate with other departments and OWN clinics to ensure all appointments are booked with careful consideration of WSIB deadlines• Participate in discussions with clinical management to optimize workflow • Clerical tasks such as scanning paperwork, retrieving billing codes, collating information into spreadsheets, etc.

• Check guests in or out of the hotel in a timely manner with careful note of any special needs or requests• Track all payments taken and ensure balance between posted payments & actual numbers in payment machines• Offer a high standard of service and discretion• Balance online availability on various platforms vs actual availability in the hotel to maximize daily occupancy rates• Maintain strong communication with all staff to ensure guest needs are met and everything continues to run smoothly • Communicate with francophone guests• Various miscellaneous duties and responsibilities that actively contribute to the hotel's status as one of the highest rated hotels in the city on all platforms

• Diagnose technology assets, suggest and undergo procedures to repair machines to workable state• Correspond with business professionals in a timely and professional manner• Lead correspondence with francophone clients• Remotely configure newly-installed workstations• Perform tasks in a wide variety of administrative software roles • Operate POS station to serve customers and enter client payments accurately into Quickbooks• Maintain and update customer database as needed• Maintain stock on all retail items and maintain accurate inventory• Ask customers exploratory questions to assist with repair jobs
