About Mike Barnhart

I am a passionate and visionary leader who strives to provide innovative and effective solutions to technology challenges faced by today's organizations. As the CEO of Intech Computer Solutions, I oversee the strategic direction, growth, and performance of a leading provider of managed IT services for medium to large businesses in northeast Ohio.I am also the founder and chief development officer of True Hire, one of the top background screening companies in the country, where I have led several groundbreaking initiatives, such as one of the very first industry ATS integrations and electronic ordering and reporting. As a member of the Industry Practices Committee at PBSA, I actively contribute to the development and promotion of best practices and standards for the background screening profession. I hold a BA in Political Science from Otterbein University, as well as a license as a private investigator and advanced FCRA certification.
