March 2016 a new era begins, I joined Daniels Tire Service est. 1911 as HR & Safety Manager. I'm excited to be moving forward - but also to maintaining the relationships I have established in the industry. I have the great opportunity of bringing my expertise to the Daniels family business. I look forward to working on a dynamic Leadership Team and to leading the Company through its HR needs into the future. The sky is the limit! . November 2013 I joined the ATV- American Tire Depot. In February 2016 it was time for me to move on and find something different. It was a learning experience.. One door closed but another soon opened. In 2010 I started as a Generalist with Discount Tire Centers in Anaheim, CA and stayed there until November 2013 - leaving as the Head of HR. Great business relationships and contacts were established. I had an opportunity to work for and support some great people. I returned to CA in 2008 with Vintage Senior Living. I returned as an HR Generalist and for a short time enjoyed working with the staff in the Corporate Office as well as in the field. It was my first exposure to working with several different sites rather than just a single Office environment. Later in 2001 I joined DolCo Investments near Atlanta, GA and Managed a Retail Business as well as handled all of the HR functions for a small group of employees. The Retail Management experience put me into Operations and more in tune with the Financial aspects of a Business. I was with Dolco in this role for 6 years before returning to CA. This was a great learning experience.My first job out of college was with Fluor Corporation in Irvine. I joined their Human Resources Dept in the Employee Response Center as an HR Associate. Over a 5 year period I moved through the Group Insurance Dept into a Specialist Role in Claims Management and then into an HR Generalist role with Duke/Fluor Daniel under the supervision of John Eberstein and Art Ruiz.
