I always finished in the top 3 Finance managers {PVR} out of 72 JM&A stores for almost 8 years.I enjoyed working with our guest to help them make important financial decisions especially sense this was there second largest purchase of there lives. There wasn't any thing that made me feel better then when a guest called or stopped by to personally thank me because something unexpected had happened in there lives or with the vehicle they purchased but because I took my time and treated them like family the insurance paid off or the service contract saved them thousands of dollars....that was the best. I new in my heart that if I took care of them that first day like family we could expect to see them year after year as well as there friends and families,Great customer service is the difference between a very successful business and an unsuccessful business.Every body reads reviews in this market today and if your not treating your customer with respect,kindness and understanding then they wont be back. 1.Training with sales reps on over coming objections,product knowledge,walk around,Steps to the sale,usually between 10 to 15 reps 2.Training Mgr about compliant,Ofac 3.Processing 85 to 100 deals a month that included submitting to banks,processing paper work with guest (contracts,Interest rates,Service contracts,Insurance,) 4.Making sure our contracts where being cashed in a timely manner (72 hours) 5.Work on the sales desk when the sales mgr was off and vacations. 6.Appraise cars and compare them on Vauto. 7.Purchase vehicles online. 8.Call customers on there 30 day,3 mo,6 mo,9 mo and 1 years anniversary to make sure they where using there maintenance program and there happy.9. Sales meetings every Friday. 10. Working with customers that where unhappy by listening to there problem and then working with them to come up with a solution that was viable for them and the dealer to make sure they left happy.
