Providing program management for multiple new product development projects and taking ownership throughout the products entire life cycle. This includes coordinating hardware and software development between engineering and contract engineers as well as setting up contract manufacturing for prototypes and production runs. Also providing sales support, open communications with great relationships with customers, overseeing installations and developing a high level customer support team for these products and accounts.

Lead and coordinate multiple international teams through the entire sales-through-implementation lifecycle of complex industrial gauging and control systems. These systems provide high-tolerance extrusion, film coating, and paper manufacturing controls for customers in the US, Italy, Korea, and Mexico, among others.• Work with customer, sales, and engineering to review and finalize international customer requirements for custom, high-tolerance industrial gauges and controls systems, including creating a functional specification and needs analysis with customer.• Schedule and facilitate technical review of customer’s onsite design including critical steps to implement gauges and control chassis into customer production lines. Work along-side the customer and sales, utilizing engineers, electricians, millwrights, welders and other trades as needed to design and to finalize project plan, milestones, electrical, and mechanical drawings.• Select, schedule, orchestrate a network of world-wide suppliers and fabricators including India, Germany, and domestic for delivery of component controllers, chassis, hardware, and software to our Rockford factory for assembly.• Schedule and project manage our factory fabrication and assembly of hardware and custom software through proof-of-concept, engineering review, unit and integration testing and customer acceptance.• Schedule the development and review of customer and system documentation, including preparation of local install team and customer user training. • Coordinate the onsite installation and turnover including training, scheduling, and oversight of local installation teams at customer install sites during implementation.• Coordinate complex international legal, licensing, export, customs, etc. certifications and regulations. • Throughout the process, facilitate inter and intra-team, customer, sales, supplier, trades, etc. communication by setting up secured share-point systems.
