• Start internal engineering department, previously used outside contractors & vendors• Develop engineering calculations, drawing standards, protocols and practices• Design & develop new & existing products: Build on vendor & in-house strength & capabilities • Build new engineering Product Data Management (PDM)• Custom design work for various Leak Repair, Hot Tap, and Line Stop projects

• Hot Tap and Line Stop Fittings o B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, & Nuclear applications o Specialty Applications: Bag Stop, Hot Stop, High Pressure/Temperature fittings o Provide tech support, recommendations, and direction for job scope o Field Training: Basic hot tap machining techniques, principles, and practices• Leak Repair o Work with demanding customers for custom repairs requiring quick turn-around times o Multiple site visits for complex jobs including nuclear plants• Optimize Engineering: Develop automated calculations, smarter 3D components, R&D• Customer Interaction: Lead presentations, determine customer needs, spearhead complex projects• Act as lead liaison between manufacturing, customers, and engineering o Work closely between groups to utilize various manufacturing facilities strengths and abilities. Provide rapid response for manufacturing as incidents arise.Specialized Projects• Extruded Tee Project o Develop new product line which uses propriety CNC/Robot equipment for forming extruded tee fittings. Create procedures, QC Documents, material specifications, manufacturing specifications/tolerances, and fitting analysis. Work with 3rd party vendor to provide testing methods based on strain and burst test• Develop TEAM’s current Pipeline Series Line Stop Flange o Create test reports, procedures, design, R&D, and testing• Exelon Nuclear Team Leader o Provide engineering support and management for year-long Hot Tap project• Product Line: Develop & optimize new and existing product linesLeadership Roles• Hot Tap Supervisor: Coordinate people for various projects, develop webpage for training• Manage group of contractors to refresh existing engineering product line• Quality Manger: Part of team which oversees engineering / QC during ISO & Nuclear audits• Acquisition Integrator: Determine best practices for engineering / manufacturing after company merger
