Plan, implement, and maintain lab fiber and network infrastructure for four separate labs with multiple internal customers. Deploy Microsoft Active Directory domains as required to facilitate ease of access across varied internal environments. Monitor and maintain hardware platform for Remedy helpdesk and asset tracking system, and assist Remedy developer with day-to-day account work and performance issues. Provide EMC product and infrastructure support as necessary to assist subject matter experts in creation of repeatable solutions, product articles, documentation, white papers, presentations, proofs of concept, and product demonstrations. Provided front-line technical support to field personnel, internal and external EMC customers, and EMC distributors on diverse UNIX system variants. Primary areas of responsibility included Red Hat Linux, SuSE Linux, and VMWare ESX hosts connected to EMC CLARiiON and Symmetrix storage.
