As Manager of Client Solutions for e3, I am responsible for managing and/or being involved in each step of the system/application life cycle. Below details my current responsibilities.1) Managing Client Support for all of e3's Application offerings for all clients. For FHR, my BSA-5 role included project management, system analysis and design, database design, development resource management, client intermediary and support, mentoring, and vendor interaction. I performed this role globally for FHR designing, writing, implementing and supporting systems across many of their sites in Alaska, Texas, Illinois, Kansas and Minnesota.Prior to the above role I was an application architect at their Minnesota Refinery responsible for design and development, and managing development resources for all local systems. This role included project management, business analysis, application and database design and development, in addition to implementation and training.

With Marathon, my last position was held at the Garyville Refinery, LA, where I managed a small IT group which supported refinery operations, system development, and network and help desk support. Prior to this position, I held several development and analysis positions with Marathon over 16 years dating back to my start date in April 1981.
