Highlights include:• Leading the campaign for the Philip Pullman brand with 2 major publishing moments: the paperback launch of The Secret Commonwealth (a campaign reach of nearly 3 million and the book launched at no. 1 in the children’s chart) and the much-anticipated novella Serpentine which secured a top 10 position in the overall chart• Leading the Karen McManus brand with a particular focus on digital strategy during lockdown and achieving the highest pre-orders and first week sales ever for a Karen title• Launching the rebranding of the ‘Noughts & Crosses’ series and the publication of Crossfire (the first entry in 10 years) earning BMS recognition for the campaign’s creativity • Building a strong social media presence for horror debut Harrow Lake with a highly-successful proof campaign that earned BMS recognition and secured the book’s status as our lead YA debut of 2020• Leading the strategy for YALC (Young Adult Literature Convention) and project managing the exhibition stand • Representing marketing in our audio task force which exists to optimise collaboration with the audio team in driving sales across all formats• Being digital proofs champion for the division for lockdown and beyond, looking for ways to optimise our digital proofing and NetGalley strategy• Presenting our 2020/1 highlights at the 2020 Bookseller Children’s Conference Show less
