Administration of the 44 servers. I removed some from the Default Domain Group Policy and applied new Policies to specific Organization Units. • Performed Office 365 Administration across three separate Domains. Maintained the licensing and kept track of all licenses used and unused including MS Teams.• Updated and implemented the On/Off Boarding procedures for the TN office (Capital Accounts, LLC). • I spearheaded the onboarding project of new Clients. During this process I needed to set up communications to and from the Client’s SFTP server to transfer Confidential and Sensitive information between us both. • Maintained Watchguard Firebox T35 Firewalls at the four locations. Created the VPN tunnels from the firewalls to the NetDepot Fortigate Firewall. • Created and maintained up to date complete documentation for Capital Accounts, LLC. We were required to have all of these to obtain our SOC-2 Certification. These included but were not limited to: Network Diagrams, Security Document, COOP (Continuity of Operations Planning), On/Off Boarding document, Remote User Policy, Cyber Security Policy, and the IT Policies and Procedures Manual. • Utilized Bitdefender for our Antivirus and firewalls on the local computers and servers.
