• Administration of the 44 servers. Maintained current Security patches and Microsoft updates were up to date on all Servers and workstations/laptops. 25 were Virtual Servers hosted on Microsoft Azure and NetDepot’s.
• Group Policy Management, After reviewing their current Group Policy structure, I made some changes to locations of some of the policies and how they were being applied. I removed some from the Default Domain Group.
• Performed Office 365 Administration across three separate Domains. Maintained the licensing and kept track of all licenses used and unused including MS Teams.
• Updated and implemented the On/Off Boarding procedures for the TN office (Capital Accounts, LLC).
• I spearheaded the onboarding project of new Clients. During this process I needed to set up communications to and from the Client’s SFTP server to transfer Confidential and Sensitive information between us both.
• Maintained Watchguard Firebox T35 Firewalls at the four locations. Created the VPN tunnels from the firewalls to the NetDepot Fortigate Firewall.

• Administration for all Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Printers, and Telephone support for the 52 user office. I scheduled the security and software updates and upgrades for the Servers and maintained the maintenance.
