We write, produce and distribute three Lutheran publications and work across all national and international ministries and business units on all aspects of marketing, communication, and public relations.

Led companies first eCommerce platform for Lighting One. Addtionally lead event management which includes several annual conventions, regional meetings as well as franchise/dealer communications. We worked with start ups, small to mid-size companies, and global brands that were looking to aggressively take their brands to market, turn them around or get acquired. Our focus was on helping brands to engage with their target audiences accross digital and social channels.

Team lead for strategy & planning engagements as well overall responsibility for new business development and account management.Helped start agency after moving over from parent company Creative Producers Group. Secured several key clients and high profile assignments, recruited new team members as the agency grew and oversaw numerous client engagements.

Built a marketing and branding practice within CPG to diversify the company beyond event production. Led client marketing strategy and planning efforts, developed new client relationships and expanded existing relationship through additional marketing services. We eventually launched a new company called UPBrand Collaborative and shifted marketing and branding resources and clients to the newly created agency.

Founded consultancy after spinning off of bigwidesky, where I was also a co-founder. Ran all aspects of the company which include new business, marketing and operations. Also served as the lead strategist on client engagements. Clients included Nestle, St. Louis Science Center, KETC-Channel 9, Innovate St. Louis and several start up companies.Consultancy was acquired by Creative Producers Group in 2009 and Mike became part of the CPG executive team.

One of the initial founders of the agency which spun out of Maring Weissman. Ran overall operation of the company including sales, business development, account management, finance, human resources and operations. Served as lead strategist on client engagements.

Hired out of college into executive training program and served as assistant buyer, department manager and buyer trainee at Kaufmann's in Pittsburgh. In 1994 I was promoted to May Merchandising (corporate headquarters) in St. Louis and worked as a market representative in several merchandising areas. I also worked in the marketing department and later served as Special Anaylist working directly with the CEO.
