As the Chief Operating Officer, Belatti has full responsibility of managing the business operations of Irish Beef, a multi-unit Arby’s Franchisee. Belatti is responsible for developing the strategic direction of the company, preparing the financial budgets, and overseeing unit growth and market expansion. He converts the strategic direction of the company into actionable goals and implements performance metrics to ensure all objectives are met in a timely manner. Belatti also supports the process for effective talent recruiting, onboarding, and development and helps promote an inclusive culture to support long term employee retention. Belatti continuously analyses the business to ensure both long and short-term company objectives are achieved and oversees the implementation of community engagement programs.

Belatti is the current Director of Development at Equicorp Partners after receiving his MBA at the Goizueta Business School. Belatti possesses a unique entrepreneurial spirit, made up of a keen sense of financial sustainability, a desire for positive social change, and the ability to accomplish financial goals. He has been recognized by business leaders and socially responsible innovators as someone they would most want to have on their team as they explore new markets, new endeavors and new initiatives.Never at a loss for generating new projects, Belatti has learned to distinguish the difference between those ideas that simply feel good and those that have the ability to create lasting profitability. He applies that experience in the due diligence and modeling work he is doing for Equicorp Partners. In his capacity as the Director of Development, Mike has worked side by side with the founding partners of the firm, assisting them with the financial and strategic investigations of potential investment opportunities.Belatti is well qualified to operate multi-unit restaurants and understands the realities of managing an ongoing business. Belatti participates in all aspects of restaurant development, from real estate and facility design, to technology and restaurant operations, including local area marketing, and financial management.

Belatti was the Vice President of operations for Irish Beef, LLC, a multi-unit Arby’s Franchisee. As the Vice President of Operations, Belatti, along with the Irish Beef Partnership, developed strategic and financial goals for the company. Under the leadership of the Managing Partner, Belatti oversaw the day-to-day operations of the company while implementing financial improvement objectives. Belatti also assisted with restaurant development and the overall strategic growth of the company.

Mike advises and consults on the creation of a MicroVenturing model that is being implemented in Guatemala and will be replicated in each county that Community Enterprise Solutions works in. Mike helps to create sustainable and locally owned businesses that provide economic opportunities for families and communities.

Mike interned with Dick Holbrock, owner and operator of J Christopher's. Mike's internship allowed him to comprehend the intricacies of operating a single restaurant as well as managing the operations of a multi unit company. Mike's internship also consisted of kitchen management and restaurant general manager responsibilities.
