CurrentMB Training was established in 2003 by Mike Bethune. I have over 25 years of experience in the hospitality and catering industry and therefore have a good understanding of the needs of businesses as well as the requirements of the law. I work with business of all sizes. MB Training has been awarded the CIEH ’Trainers Charter’ which confirms our commitment to provide the best level of training and support to all course participants. Trainers’ seminars are frequently attended to ensure course content and teaching methods are relevant and regularly updated. MB Training is based in South Wales, delivering training courses throughout the UK. Our aim is to provide the best value training that is appropriate for each client. We understand the constraints which can restrict making training available, and aim to help overcome this by offering flexibility in delivering courses at clients’ premises on days / at times to suit both you and your staff. For small businesses and individuals including those on government funded training schemes, one-to-one training is also available
