Modus 3D used state-of-the-art laser scanning and UAV technology for delivering solid 3D models for above ground assets and GPR (Ground Penetrating Radar) scanning technology in producing 3D models for below ground pipes and utilities. Our unique value proposition is in geospatially combining the above ground 3D models with below ground models for a complete 3D model of the site. Modus 3D was awarded projects ranging from underground subways of NYC to Hartfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport to oil and gas well sites and chemical plants.
