• Oversee an engineering, operations and development organization consisting of 43 employees and outside contractors including direct supervision of functional department leads.• Manage multi-state wireless networks and organizations across the Indianapolis and Cincinnati market area. • Responsible for operating and capital budgets in excess of $40M each.• Orchestrated roll out of 700Mhz LTE to over 570 cell sites throughout the market area by maximizing OEM partnership providing enhanced in building coverage in core urban areas and expanded rural coverage.• Successfully led T-Mobile’s first 1900 MHz LTE technology core upgrade and launch in Cincinnati market involving the upgrade of 188 cell sites over an accelerated 10 week period enabling T-Mobile’s last major market LTE launch to occur.• Delivered LTE to 1065 sites throughout market area as part of the No Site Left Behind initiative bringing T-Mobile into competitive parity and allowing customers access to high speed data connections throughout the area.• Through partnerships with multiple fiber provider partners oversaw fiber to the tower deliveries and cutovers on over 1000 cell sites and microwave installations at over 100 cell sites.• Network build, expansion and upgrade leadership efforts have led to the building of 110 cell sites and supported subscriber growth from approximately 500K to over 800K subscribers across the combined market area.• Rolled out and implemented network modernization upgrade program throughout market area completing over 1000 cell site upgrades consisting primarily of tower top RRU installations with resulting LTE deployment.• Consistent record of achieving network performance targets including availability metrics by driving ownership to the front line level while instilling an all hands on deck mentality throughout the team.• Managed Switch Operations for the Indianapolis MSO

• Following merger with larger firm was promoted to the Indianapolis and Cincinnati market area top leadership position overseeing wireless network engineering, operations and development responsibilities. • Led an organization of 48 employees and contractors through the evolution of multi-state market area from the network launch phase to the upgrade, maintain and grow phase all in support of market subscriber growth, maintaining technological competitiveness and maximizing customer experience.• Network build, expansion and upgrade leadership efforts over 9 years led to the building of 640 cell sites and supported subscriber growth from 25K to over 500K subscribers across the combined market area.• Grew Indianapolis network size from 140 cell site launch footprint to 580 cell site network resulting in substantial coverage expansion throughout the state of Indiana complimenting T-Mobile’s national coverage offering.• Completed 36 site Indianapolis ROB project resulting in a cost savings of over $600K/mth in roaming charges.• Expanded Cincinnati network from 210 converted cell site footprint to 410 cell site footprint more than doubling coverage and providing contiguous coverage between neighboring states.• Led 210 cell site network conversion of purchased Cincinnati CDMA wireless network to GSM technology meeting network launch timeline by bringing together multiple functional groups at the market, regional and corporate levels to execute all aspects of the 9 month conversion process.• Teams received numerous national and regional network performance and project awards including the Cincinnati network for top network availability 3 years in a row.

Recruited to join entrepreneurial Management team leading the startup of all network development and organization building activities needed for the construction of GSM PCS wireless phone networks. This included leading strategic planning initiatives, project management, vendor relationship building, contract negotiation and administration, hiring of Engineering and Operations staff, securing of operations facilities, financial management and budgeting, and progress reporting to company senior leadership.Managed cell site leasing/zoning, design and construction for 150 site Indianapolis, Indiana wireless phone network build out. Led an employee and contractor staff of 6 and managed a capital budget of $18M. Completion of project was on schedule, under budget and lowest construction cost in the company's history.Oversaw the network design, cell site leasing/zoning and construction for 50 site Wichita, Kansas wireless phone network build out. Led an employee and contractor staff of 9 and managed a capital budget of $12M. Completion of project was on time and under budget.

Selected to join Telecommunications Division to help take advantage of new business opportunities being created in the wireless phone industry. Developed proposal documents for complete buildout of PCS networks, paging system installations, and other telecommunications projects.Lead Project Engineer on 47 site buildout of 800 MHz SMR system. Project was completed within aggressive two month schedule over an 11 state region.

Managed electrical engineering project design efforts including the supervision of junior staff engineers in a variety of large scale power generation plant projects.Developed electrical system conceptual design proposal documentation that led to the award of several multi-million dollar international power plant design-build contracts in Thailand and Indonesia. Served as resident Engineer representing a large utility customer's interest at a third party vendor facility in California ensuring emission control systems were designed and manufactured on schedule for installation at multiple power plants in the Northeast.
