Quality Manager for Infinity Well Control, South Texas' premier choice for fracking equipment rentals, repairs, maintenance, and weld repair services. As Quality Manger, I oversee the Company's Quality Management System, ensuring that the processes needed for system are established, implemented and maintained to meet the Company QMS, API Q1 and API Product Certifications (where required). Responsible for the effectiveness of the Quality Management System, associated processes, key metrics, cost of non-conformances, and in turn enhancing customer satisfaction.

Manages the efficient and effective coordination and implementation of the Quality Management System and Quality Improvement Activities. Works closely with Production Manager and Shop supervision to ensure product quality, conformity to API and company standards, and continuous improvement. Managed the Safety Program including safety compliance, supply inventory, training, UA random/post accident testing and record keeping.

Research & Development Assembly/Test, Honeywell Engineering and Technology supporting pre-certified inspection of Aircraft Engines, Parts and Test Setups as part of an FAA/CAA approved Project plan to ensure conformity to Type Design for Airworthiness. As a Delegated FAA Inspector, Work closely with the FAA MIDO office, FAA Focal Point, Honeywell Engineering, FAA Delegated Engineering Representatives (DER’s), Supplier Quality Organizations and Honeywell Field Quality Engineer while conducting Part and Engine Test Setup Conformity Inspection Audits. Travel to supplier’s facilities to conduct FAA Conformity Inspection Audits such as; Castings and Machining, Software Downloads and ECU Test Bench Setup, Metal Spray, NDT, Heat Treat, HIP and other special process inspection audits. Familiar with creating and dispositioning SAP Quality Notifications for non-conforming hardware and previously used ITR forms for non-conforming supplier hardware. Inspects detail parts and Engines on Ziess CMM and Precision Plate using GD&T techniques and various hand measuring instruments.
