Key areas cover system documentation, product support and service information, installed base information and NPI processes including end of life policy and adherence to green house gas emissions. The equipment is used to abate or destruct the green house gas exhaust emissions of process equipment to within acceptable environmental limits.

Working sales leads, defining customer requirements, negotiating machine specifications, acceptance criteria, delivery and pricing for the European customer base for all types of production and research capital equipments. The applications extend from semiconductor production equipments for processors, ASICS, DRAMS, flash memory through to manufacturers of razor blades, car radiators, MEMS, biomechanical devices, plastic electronics and photovoltaic cells for Solar panel production companies. Also supply researchers and manufacturers of OLED displays and these systems can range from small molecular films to PLED inkjet printers both with electrode deposition and encapsulation systems. Frequently tasked with senior project management tasks in critical key accounts for new customer evaluations and installations both in Europe and Asia. Regularly attend trade shows and following up on prospective customers for specific applications. Also responsible for managing all aspects of a small group of highly trained multinational Field Service Engineers including service contract negotiations and delivery to specification.
