I began working for Higgins Law Office in May of 2012 as a summer associate. After a very successful internship, I was hired as an Associate in August of 2013. I was elevated to partnership in 2017. In my career, I have worked on numerous multi-million dollar commercial real estate and financing transactions, assisted in the litigation of a successful appeal, and negotiated several leases on behalf of Class A office landlords in multiple states. Higgins & Brancheau LLC provides excellent legal representation to its clients in connection with a broad spectrum of matters such as real estate transactions, commercial litigation, leasing, financing, commercial mortgage foreclosures, commercial evictions, and general business representation. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York Law School in May of 2013. As a student, I was a member of New York Law School’s Law Review and was also a Harlan Scholar affiliated with the Center for Real Estate Studies. I received my Bachelors of Science in Finance degree from the University of Illinois in December of 2009.I am extremely eager to build my network and I have assumed active roles in organizations. I am currently the Vice Chair of the Cancer Research Committee for the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation. I am also a member of the Chicago Bar Association. Additionally, I enjoy volunteering as a wish granter for Make-A-Wish Foundation.
