Involving close cooperation with stakeholders, Senior Management and the Sales Teams.Including the design, development and delivery of training materials, Change Management communications and videos.2021Finning: September – December. Preparation for remote delivery of training for 140 UK and 400 Canadian staff on the use of their new/updated Salesforce based quoting system FINQUOTE. Including the preparation of remote training sessions, training materials, quick reference guides and videosSanofi: May – July. Continuation of rollout for Field Sales and Back Office staff in Algeria (Remote delivery in French) Sanofi: March – April. Remote delivery of training for a global rollout of Veeva to Field Sales Reps and Back Office Staff in Australia and New Zealand. CRM Projects 2020Since January I have been working on the design and delivery of training for Brewin Dolphin’s rollout of their CRM system to 1300 Investment Managers and Financial planners. Although the training was originally meant to be face to face, we have had to flex to deliver the training under conditions of lockdown.2019Salesforce Trailhead Academy: Training Manager for the migration of 500+ Barclaycard Sales staff from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience. Responsible for the design and rollout of training materials and videos ( SnagIt) as well as the design and delivery of Train the Trainer for Sales Managers (5 Months)Salesforce Trailhead Academy: Creation of training videos for Salesforce’s expenses system for use by Salesforce employees (Camtasia) (2Months)Salesforce Trailhead Academy: Engaged to deliver end-user Salesforce (Lightning) training to Cushman Wakefield across the UK. Training in the use of the mobile app (3 Months)
