Drove timeline and technical strategy across multidisciplinary teams▪ Key driver of new DocuSign tenancy model to scale to a platform beyond a single product solution, solving real world customer pain points while reducing support and adoption costs.▪ Led effort to reduce fraud and account takeover attempts without harming customer experience through machine learning, while enabling business growth and reducing manual support and sales costs.
