Transmax provide transport management software (STREAMS) and associated managed services to Australian State Agencies that utilise Integrated Transport Systems to manage road networks, control traffic signals, motorway ramp metering systems and minimize traffic congestion.I provide Transmax with Contract Management services, development of their contract management processes and management of their customer driven GITC based contracts. Develop Customer Contracts based on GITC and the SourceIT frameworks, develop Statements of Work, Consultancy Engagement and Confidentiality agreements, provide risk and review of new proposals for Transmax services. Review and update customer managed service document agreements and assist the technical support teams with contract conditions and arrangements.Maintain the Transmax Sharepoint site for all customer contracts, contract correspondence, managed service agreements, software assurance agreements and associated documentation as a self-service single source of truth for all contract arrangements in Transmax.

To provide risk analysis and recommendations for services provided under the ICTSS13.12 SOA panel arrangement for ICT hardware products and services.Analysis and recommendations for the service delivery MoU between DJAG and Corrective Services.Renewal of Corporate software supply services provided as part of the DJAG Corporate desktop service.Establishing Vendor supply meetings and technical information workshops with suppliers in a consistent manner.Developing the approach and framework for the Asset Replacement Program (ARP) for the DJAG Corporate desktop service.Developed a central view of the services provided by CITEC to enable invoice validation and access to the many Proposal / Contract documents stored in DJAG systems.

I contracted to various Brisbane-based ICT companies (VIDAR Consulting, Encode Services & Dialog Information Technology) to provide a wide range of project management, contract management and service delivery functions for the Department of Transport & Main Roads (TMR).

Provision of on-site Oracle Application Development and Database Administrator support for Dialog clients including Queensland Health, Capricornia Electricity Corporation, British Petroleum (Bulwer) and Queensland Transport in Spring Hill and Carseldine.-
