I am an experienced payroll and pensions professional who has been working in various roles in the industry for over fifteen years. I believe my experience has helped me to become a well-rounded individual with a wide range of knowledge of payroll, pensions, and benefits.I have managed and supervised payroll teams, and understand the importance of staff development. I have worked on and led a number of projects from implementing payroll systems, online overtime forms, paperless processing, RTI and AE. I have providing training and development to get the best out of members of staff, and understand the importance of collaborating with other departments.I enjoy a challenge, like to push myself, and I am always keen to improve my knowledge and understanding of the industry that I work in.
