MAOS Holdings Pty Ltd is a SPV created in 2015 for the acquisition and operation of small to medium businesses in Queensland. The SPV owned 100% of All Districts Plumbing (ADP), held shares in All Districts Electrical (ADE) and additionally earned revenues from building and hospitality consultancy works.Achievements / Projects• Acquisition of ADP Brisbane in 2015. Restructure the business including new Quality Management System (QMS), Emergency Management System (EMS) and OH&S systems to enable new government contracts to be secured.• Acquisition of Arrow Plumbing in 2016 and integration of this business into the ADP business unit.• Create ADP Cairns in 2018, securing contracts with local council.• Build a team of highly skilled, dedicated and loyal tradesperson and contractors to deliver high quality diagnostic and repair works to our client base.• Structure ADE to identify profitable revenue streams and reduce operational costs, whilst maintaining the QMS and OH&S policies.• Exit ADP in 2023 (with earn out period) and exit ADE in 2024.• Consultancy work for the Narungga People, feasibility study of a remote tourist resort.
