MAOS Holdings Pty Ltd is a SPV created in 2015 for the acquisition and operation of small to medium businesses in Queensland. The SPV owned 100% of All Districts Plumbing (ADP), held shares in All Districts Electrical (ADE) and additionally earned revenues from building and hospitality consultancy works.Achievements / Projects• Acquisition of ADP Brisbane in 2015.
