Responsibilities included managing all facets of a rental car facility. In charge of hiring, training, and coaching employees to hit sales/customer service objectives and advance their careers; goal setting; P&L analysis and overall management of the bottom line; marketing and selling to outside businesses to grow the branch's fleet size (i.e. insurance agents, auto-body repair shops, dealerships, hotels and corporate accounts); running the day-to-day branch operation.Highlights Include:-28 personal sales MVPs (includes "home-city" and "airport" locations)-Fastest promoted Branch Manager in San Diego-Lead all Branch Managers in overall customer service score (SQI) in fiscal 11' (35+ locations)-Year-over-year fleet growth at each location I Managed, including record fleet size at Chula VIsta, CA location (28% growth). Achieved through high customer service levels and aggressive marketing-Coached 15 Assistant Managers to Branch Manager promotions-Managed the San Diego Airport location. (Top-10 location in fleet size with over 100 employees, generating 22M in annual revenue)-Broke monthly record for customer service score at the SD airport with a 91% SQI.-Helped improve "package" sales by 19% year-over-year, equating to $489K in annual revenue
