.Management responsibilities included; budgeting, employee performance evaluation, new employee hiring and training. • Managed all new development and support of existing AS400 systems for Kraft Pizza Co. at 2 plants, 6 co-packers locations, 1,200 sales representatives and sales managers in various locations across the nation and in the corporate offices in Glenview IL.• Completed the development and rollout of mobile handheld systems to over 1,200 sales representatives in 48 states. • Implemented overall IS strategy to meet the company objectives while managing and remaining within budget. • Led multiple departments at Kraft Pizza Company including; Kraft Application I.S. development, Kraft Pizza Sales Help Desk, Medford Mail Room and Kraft Pizza Company Store• Represented the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) team on a corporate task for that reduced IT cost by $72 million through negations for enterprise licenses, server reductions and elimination of dormant software system license elimination.
