• Managed a team of five with an annual budget of $500K. Directed corporate wide product regulatory affairs ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal, State, Local and International regulations, in the areas of.
• Established liaisons with all business groups and chaired several internal cross-functional teams to ensure integration of corporate and regulatory policies in manufacturing, marketing, sales and new product development.
• Developed a successful program for responding annually to over 6,000 customer inquires in over 25 regulatory areas with a same day response time. Earned a company Special Recognition Award for saving the company over.
• Directed the EPA FIFRA Chlorine RED Re-Registration efforts and received a company Special Recognition Award for saving the company $480K in testing fees and loss of $100K in sales.
• Served as Vice-Chair of the Chrome Coalition, Chair of the Chrome Coalition Ad Hoc PEL Committee that resulted in the negotiation of requirements of the new OSHA Chromium Standard. Avoided $12M in engineering retrofit.
