We serve the needs of business owners who hire and train employees from under-resourced communities by providing affordable rental space in renovated and well-managed industrial buildings in these communities. We offer flexible lease terms and a fleet of sturdy bicycles for employee use. We also assist business owners with prospective employee work ethic training and training to use their specialized equipment safely and productively.

Moved into under-resourced community to invest in authentic relationships and learn how to mitigate patterns of generational poverty. Offered to rent or sell nicely-renovated affordable homes to anyone who would agree to a year-long class teaching life skills with Biblical foundation. Class members formed social networks that became a very important hedge against poverty. Home ownership was not as important to tenants as breaking the pattern of evictions and keeping one address for years. Left to make room for indigenous leadership.
