Current• Communicate effectively with Greg, John, and the instructors on the Slack platform to ensure everything is ready in a timely manner, along with other requests for special circumstances.• Incorporate security measures into each student’s class materials, then email them out.• Help create and use scripts that automate different aspects of the training process.• Create and email certificates to students after completion of training.• Communicate with the instructors during training to ensure a smooth, professional experience.• Incorporate security measures into the class recordings to prevent piracy, along with redacting any private company or personal info; Re-render them and send to SharePoint for student access.• Moderate each training and try to keep the chat alive.• Verify and assign roles to new students to make sure they are in the correct channels.• Create new channels for each training session and archive them after the access period is up.• Ensure the overall posture of the server is in accordance with WKL standards.• Answer student questions about anything technical or non technical, related to the courses we offer, Respond in Discord and DM's, as well as in response to training support emails received in Outlook.
