A Managing Estimator with considerable experience in the water sector and construction industry ranging from setting out engineer to a contracts managers roll prior to taking up estimating and contract negotiation.With over 35 years of Estimating experience with the last 15 years particularly working primarily on water projects, with the added advantage of having worked on the M&E as well as civils elements to fully manage the complete estimate. I have also worked on highways, rail, cross rail and airport schemes in the past.I particularly enjoy the challenge of the Early Contractor Involvement roll to define scope; look for innovative solutions; alternative technologies: quantifying; estimating and negotiating for Target Price Contracts through to receipt of and agreement of the Works Order value.
