Mike Candeloro is a well-respected, established financial advisor, and also a Portfolio Manager.This achievement has allowed him entry into the Private Investment Management (PIM) Group at RBC Dominion Securities, enabling him to offer discretionary wealth management to his clientele, in addition to all other available financial services offered at RBC Dominion Securities.Mike was born and raised in North Bay. He attended Wilfrid Laurier University where he completed a four year honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree followed by the successful completion of his Master of Business with a dual concentration in Business Strategy and Investment Finance at York University. The Canadian Securities Course (required for licensing) was obtained in 1988.Over the course of his career, Mike has attained his Certified Investment Manager designation, completed the Canadian Options course and has earned the Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute designation along with the exclusive achievement of Portfolio Manager status. Mike's academic background and prior experience in institutional equity research has given him a thorough understanding of the financial markets as well as a solid knowledge of the available investment alternatives in today's ever-changing marketplace.In his spare time, Mike has taught the Canadian Securities Course at Canadore College, along with designing and teaching the third year Finance Course and Investments course at Nipissing University.His passions include gardening, travelling and an avid interest in visual arts.
