• Manage staff to ensure completion of Key Performance Indicators including Building Condition Reports and Key Facility Assessments• Recruit, manage, and guide the development of three Facility Managers and six Facility Technicians • Assist in creation of operation Performance Indicators and provision of documentation for Leading Indicators• Overall operational responsibility of 11 Major Occupancy buildings encompassing 2.6 million sq ft, including 5 retail bank branch’s• Improvement of communication protocol for major leased office space • Work closely with Performance and Quality Management, Finance, Energy Management and other Shared Services departments to ensure compliance with target commitments as per BMO contract• Monthly meetings with BMO/SNC Portfolio Management Team to update, discuss issues and ensure Key Performance Indicators are under control and meeting timelines • Bi-Monthly meetings with Senior Management Team to discuss improvements in service, completion of Key Performance initiatives, Portfolio Budget and Performance and Leading Indicators• Analyze and hold Post Mortem Meetings for all major incidents that affect BMO operations• Assist Portfolio Management Team in applying for Capital Funding to address any Situations at Risk• Quarterly Finance meetings to ensure compliance of Portfolio Financial budgets with Key Performance targets• Ensure Health and Safety Policy and Procedures are completed by all staff within Portfolio.• Improve client interaction and promote strong client relationships

• Recruit, manage, and guide the development of two Infrastructure Managers, five Senior Facility Technicians and two Facility Technicians• Inspection and documentation for completion of ten Key Facility Assessments, ten Building Condition Reports and sixty Building Condition Lite Reports • Manage staff to ensure completion of Preventative Maintenance Reports as per schedule, creation of Capital Project request to correct Risk Management items and Abnormal Threatening Conditions or Situations at Risk• Overall operational responsibility for over 300 buildings encompassing 750,000 sq ft, including 300,000 sq ft of leased and owned office space• Manage Portfolio Finances to ensure compliance with target budget projections• Manage 25,000 sq ft Bell Crosby Data Centre• Implement energy and contractual savings throughout Portfolio, focusing on lighting, HVAC temperature setback, contract frequency and Capital Projects• Facilitate, procure and approve services for contractors through Tririga Work Order system and PLP Financial system • Immediate response to all Abnormal Threatening Conditions, creation of Abnormal Threatening Condition Reports for use by Regional Director of Portfolio in Post Mortem Meetings• Attend Project meetings throughout territory to ensure Projects are meeting timelines and budget forecasts • Ensure all staff are in compliance with Health and Safety Policy and Procedures
