I am a customer service and team building focused professional that has experience in both retail banking and logistical operations. Ever since my time in the United States Marine Corps, elevating and developing others has been a passion of mine. I have grown and built upon my passions at every step in my career so far. My passion to help others has allowed me to grow my career and have fun providing great customer service throughout. I am a very goal-oriented person which allowed me to successful throughout my sales career in banking. I have had the opportunity to lead teams in a range of sizes, from 4 to 65 people, which has strengthened my communication skills.I am a believer in always continuously learning. So with that, I have lately had the opportunity to expand my knowledge into operations and logistics. This has allowed me to strengthen and adjust my coaching skills. I am a very positive person and cannot wait to see what my team building and service skills lead me to next.
