November 2017 but still remain active in the property profession, In 2019 we started the conversion of a barn into holiday accommodation (Langdale Barn) this was followed by Langdale lodge a former seaside chalet which overlooks our flower meadow and lake. CarpentersMike Carpenter Associates was set up in June 1988 and quickly established a regional valuation practise. Following a merger (2002) and subsequent demerger (2008) with a regional Estate Agent Carpenter Surveyors was launched in August 2008. With our central hub in the midlands we focused in provision of valuations for both private and lender clients.In July 2017 the residential part of the business was handed over to Ian Bullock my co Director, I have ceased undertaking valuation work but remain on a consultancy basis. FS Panel ManagementIn 2004 I saw an opportunity to start a related business in Valuation Management and fastsurveyors now (FS Panel Mananagement) was borne. It provides bespoke valuations management to many smaller lenders as well as several national clients. I have now handed the batton to Ben Darley who is the Managing Director. I continue to be active within the company focusing my time on all aspects of valuation including Surveyor recruitment.SurventrixIn 2008 it was a natural development to design and build our own software to compliment the FS Panel business.
