I am a partner at McKinsey & Company and founding partner of Aberkyn, part of the McKinsey family of firms since 2017. I advise and serve clients globally across a variety of sectors with a focus on large scale organisations seeking to transform. The work I do includes culture change (including post merger), leadership development and senior team facilitation. I am a leadership coach and business counsellor to CEOs globally. I frequently write and speak on business topics such as leadership, change and large scale transformation. I am a contributing author to Leadership at Scale (Hachette 2018) and author of The Manager (Inside the Minds of Football's Leaders) (Bloomsbury, 2013).My purpose is to release the hearts of leaders, so that they in turn can release the hearts of their people. I do this by facilitating workshops and by personal coaching for senior executives, creating a safe space where leaders can develop personal insights that transform their own lives and work. To do so, I bring skills in creativity, insight and language, working through improvisation, film, drama, storytelling, poetry, literature, reflection and conversation.
